Legendary Nightclub Bel Air at the Belfry set to close
Legendary nightclub Bel Air at the Belfry is set to close under new plans to turn the historic venue into a Spa.
Located in the prestigious surroundings of the Belfry hotel resort famous for hosting the Ryder Cup, the club have unveiled new expansion plans to make the venue more family friendly. Plans include a indoor water park and 5 star spa.
The venue is steeped in history for Birmingham with legendary Bank holiday Monday nights hosted by Robin Holland and special events with our very own 3Style and Dan Kelly
The Bel Air is a favourite of GNO with some of our best bank holiday nights being held at the nightclub over the last 10 years where we welcomed many a celebrity including Dwight Yorke, Andy Gray, Trevor Nelson, Steve Sutherland, David Ginola amongst others.

The venue got in trouble after we left when it used an external promoter for New Years Eve event which descended into a blood bath with six people stabbed.
It was only 4 years ago since we helped relaunch the venue after a 1.2 million pound refurb which made the venue even more prestigious. There has been no date set for the closure but we will be sad to see the venue finally go.
Maybe we should see if we can do one final party for old times sake.
Keep your eyes peeled…..
